When will my order ship?

We ship orders Monday - Thursday and often orders will ship the same day. If you're local to Augusta you can pick up your order in person at the shop! Simply choose 'Local Pickup' as the shipping option when you check out.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We only want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please message us within 10 days of your order delivery. All inquiries can be sent to hey.funhouse@gmail.com and we will be happy to address the issue! If an exchange isn't desired then we will gladly process a refund.

After we have had a chance to discuss the details of your refund or exchange, we ask that you ship the item(s) back before the refund is processed.

I have an idea for a workshop that I'd love to host at Funhouse. Who do I reach out to?

Awesome! Please fill out this form with the details of your event idea and if we feel it's a good fit then we will reach back out to you. 

Depending on the nature of the workshop we have a hosting fee ranging from 20-30% of the total ticket sales (unless it's a free workshop that we are collaborating on). Funhouse will promote the workshop on all social media platforms, include it in our weekly newsletters, and add it to our website calendar of events.

We are still learning about the best ways to use the Funhouse space and how to best collaborate with folks, so not all types of workshops or events will make the cut. Please get in touch and if we feel it's a great fit then we will be sure to reach back out to you!
